my fave flash sale sites

I’m still trying to catch up from my Euro-trip, so I’m decking you with another total cop-out post today! 😀 Welcome to the “it” list – my favorite flash sale and deep discount sites. I’ve stalked each of them online or through my iPhone apps (sad, I know…), and I’ve bought something from each. Unfortunately, I’ve bought too many somethings from several. ;D Anywho – without further ado, here’s the list: some you’ve heard of, some maybe you haven’t, all addictive.

I love Fab most of all of these because of its indie selection. This site features great, hand-picked design, like Scandinavian and mid-century modern home pieces, along with indie, handmade, and vintage shops. Shipping is cheap, too, at only $5 for a $25 purchase. It’s updated daily with new pop-up sales that last a few days apiece, and there are specialized shops every weeknight, with themes like pets, kids, and foodies. I just got several sewing and textile books from them that have fostered a new craft-obsession for me. You can sign up for Fab here

HauteLook is my second favorite site. I usually check it on my iPhone app, and they have some of the most affordable deals. They have women, beauty, home, kids, men, and getaways. Everything is up to 75% off, so it’s a great way to try new makeup or clothing brands. I also love them for their cheap books. Sign up here

Gilt is a great way to fulfill the closet snob in you. It’s all the foofy designer brands at a fraction of the price. Unfortunately, sometimes fractions can still end up being pretty big numbers. I’ve bought on here a few times, but I’m usually too cheap for the clothes. It’s better for shoes, if you want to  know my opinion (which I’ll assume you do if you’re still reading). Sign up here

Shop Rue La La for women, men, living, travel, and kids. I would say the Rue is in the same neighborhood of affordable as HauteLook, so you can go crazy without going broke. Sign up here.

Last, but not least, we have Ideeli. This one is just like Gilt, HauteLook, and Rue La La. They have cute stuff for everybody in your life, including your dog. Sign up  here

Disclosure: If you make a purchase on one of these sites, I may get a small referral credit, which would be greatly appreciated. However, I have actually purchased from each of these shops and can honestly tell you that they’re good, reputable sites. This post and my opinions were not paid for. Plus, if you sign up, you can share with your friends for referral credits, too!
