CLOSED $125 custom pet portrait giveaway

You guys know how much I love my Rossy, even if he doesn't always return the sentiment,  so when the super sweet Michele of Diesel & Juice offered to create a custom portrait of my little man, I was pretty pumped. Just don't tell Mish. He get's pretty jealous. 

Now that I sound sufficiently off-the-deep-end about my cats, let's move on to the good part!



I gave Michele the incredibly sub-par iPhone pictures above (yeah, okay, and ten others...) for inspiration. Pretty much the only other information I provided was that he spends most of his time upside down; has the cutest nose I've ever seen; and is impressively chunkalicious around the midsection. I figured that "he loves yoga" was implied. 

Based only on that sketchy profile, Michele came up with this:

She was incredibly quick, sweet, and responsive through the whole design process. She didn't even bat an eyelash when I asked her to give him toes. Yes, I asked her to give him toes. That's creepy, right? But she managed to make it not creepy in the least. So, kudos for that, Michele! ;D


Michele creates every beautiful pet portrait by hand using Adobe Illustrator. She painstakingly fills in every whisker, stripe, and perfect eye color. 

She even made me a cute little mini portrait to keep on my desk at work, since I was afraid my coworkers would find out what a crazy cat lady I am. Even though I just told all of you... If you want your own portrait of my Rosco, you can get it right here!

As you can see, even the little man himself is a big fan of his new Diesel & Juice likeness!
